OATS BREAD PIZZA

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 slices of brown bread
  • Curd
  • oats
  • Chopped onions
  • Capsicum & tomato (diced)
  • 1 tsp. graded paneer
  • Cooking oil
  • Spices ( Dhaniya powder, garam masala)
  • Salt & black pepper

Method:

  • Take 4 tsp. white oats and add 3 tsp. curd in it.
  • Mix it well and let it soak for30minutes
  • After that add all the masala(Dhaniya powder, salt, red pepper, garam masala)
  • Mix it well
  • Add chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum, tomato)
  • Apply the batter on brown bread on one side
  • Add 1 tsp. graded paneer
  • Shallow fry it
  • Consume it with green chutney.
