Broken Wheat Patty
Ingredients:
Broken wheat (Dalia)
Paneer (grated)
vegetables (Carrots, Potato, Capsicum, Corn etc. grated)
Chopped Onion
Garlic finely chopped
Salt to taste
Wheat flour/Bread crumbs
Oil
Method:
Take 1 cup of water for ½ cup of broken wheat and bring to a boil.
After couple of minutes switch off and keep it covered for 5 minutes. The broken wheat will get cooked with the steam.
Take all these raw vegetables in a mixing bowl
Add the cooked broken wheat, grated paneer, chilli sauce to this.
Mix it well.
Add some bread crumbs or plain wheat flour and mix.
Check for seasoning and adjust if needed.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape it into cutlets.
Heat the pan & put oil in it.
Place the cutlets & cook them till it becomes golden brown.
Serve them with green chutney.
